Do my monthly bid credits expire?▼
Your 25 monthly bid credits never expire — they'll accumulate in your account if you don't use them all. The 10 monthly bonus coins are promotional coins and expire 24 hours after they're added, so use those right away!
Can I cancel anytime?▼
Yes! You can cancel your Pro membership at any time from your account settings. You'll continue to have Pro access until the end of your current billing period. Any remaining bid credits will stay in your account, but you won't receive new monthly credits after cancellation.
How does the exact bid count feature work?▼
After you place 10 or more bids on any auction, the exact bid count feature unlocks for that specific auction. You'll see precisely how many more bids are needed to trigger the Live Auction phase. Free members only see ranges like "Less than 100 bids remaining."
What are "Eligible Pirates"?▼
Eligible Pirates shows how many people have placed pre-bids on an auction and are therefore eligible to participate in the Final Live Auction. Only pirates who participated in pre-bidding can compete in the live phase. This number gives you insight into your competition level!
What are "Online Pirates"?▼
Online Pirates shows how many Eligible Pirates (those who have placed pre-bids) are currently active and viewing the auction in real-time. This gives you instant insight into current competition levels. If you see many pirates online, the auction might be heating up and could trigger soon!
